Blake Finnell

president

Blake began his career in the rental equipment business in 2011. In 2014, he got involved in ASA Arkansas while working in the equipment industry.  In 2017, he joined the subcontractor side of the world, beginning his career with CertaPro Painters and continuing to serve on the ASA board. Blake’s role at CertaPro is in Commercial Sales consisting of estimating, managing and producing commercial painting projects. Blake is a family man who is devoted to his beautiful wife, Kyndall and their two children, Evie (5) and Garner (3). In his “spare time” he enjoys deer hunting, duck hunting, fishing and just being outdoors.

Marcus Singleton

VICE PRESIDENT

From his early days tinkering with Lincoln Logs and Legos to assisting his grandfather in crafting benches, Marcus exhibited a natural penchant for building at a young age. His journey into construction began during his High School years, where he honed his skills in residential and commercial construction. In 1997, Marcus embarked on a new chapter by delving into the glazing industry, starting from the ground up and gradually mastering fabrication, installation, estimation, and project management.

His career trajectory saw him tackle prestigious high-end retail projects, offering invaluable lessons in client relations and vendor management. Joining ACE Glass in 2011 marked another milestone, where Marcus ascended through the ranks, transitioning from Estimator to Project Management and ultimately assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for both ACE Glass and Centerline Systems.

Outside of work, Marcus finds solace in cherished moments with family and friends, indulging in rounds of golf, and nurturing his green thumb in the yard.

Holly Fish

Director

Holly is the Director of Human Resources and Communication at EGP, PLLC, Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, and joined the firm in 2007. She is a marketing, HR and business growth specialist who assists EGP with all aspects of client service, business development, recruiting and retention, PR and marketing. She is the Founder of WIN – Women in Networking of Central Arkansas and a founding board member to the Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame. Holly has served on many other boards supporting community and philanthropic efforts.

Jerod Eck

Treasurer/Secretary

Marcus began his career in the glass and glazing industry in 1997 from answering phones, to field and shop work to estimating and project management.  Marcus joined ACE Glass in September of 2011 and is currently the Executive Vice President.  In addition to being on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas chapter of the American Subcontractors Association, Marcus is active in the National Glass Association as well as a member of a national glass and glazing peer group.  With two grown boys out of the house and a daughter at home Marcus enjoys spending time with family and the great outdoors.

Moses Hooks

Director

Moses is a Dessert Storm Veteran who started his career in the drywall industry. In 1993, after the fulfillment of his military service duties, he worked his way up from the field to becoming Platinum Drywall Inc. Safety Director in 2012. He also oversees the Logistics Department for the field staff and, works alongside the Human Resource Department and is over the Spray Foam Division. Moses attended the OSHA Education Center at The University of Texas at Arlington, where he received his OSHA 500 and 502. Moses joined the Board of Directors for the Arkansas chapter of the American Subcontractors Association in 2021. Moses and his wife have raised two outstanding boys. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, grilling, and riding their Harley Davidson.

 

Braxton Burton

Director

Braxton Burton has been a part of Roberts McNutt since 2017, beginning his journey in the field and steadily advancing to his current role as a project manager. His dedication and hard work led him from hands-on work to a project coordinator position before ultimately assuming the responsibilities of project management. Alongside his professional growth, Braxton pursued further education through the Construction Management program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Graduating in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, he brings a blend of practical experience and academic knowledge to his role, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction. Braxton has been on the ASA crawfish boil committee for several years, and is now a member of the ASA board.

 

Miki Rogers

Director

Miki Babb Rogers is a Senior Surety Bond Account Manager and Team Lead for Cadence Insurance out of the Little Rock, AR office.  She has worked in the insurance industry with a focus on surety bonds for 38 years.

Miki was born in Newport, Arkansas July 7, 1961.  She graduated from Ole Main High School in North Little Rock and continued her formal education at University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  In 1984 she went to work for Babb Bonding, Inc., a family owned business specializing in Contract Surety Bonds for commercial contractors.  In 2013, with the merger of Babb Bonding, Inc. and BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Miki became Senior Surety Bond Account Manager.

In 1981, she married Alan Rogers who was a childhood playmate and later they became business partners.  She claims it is a challenge to work with him every day but at the same time cannot imagine working without him by her side.  Miki and Alan have one child Brandon Rogers, his wife Candice and two adorable granddaughters Heaven and Hallie.

Miki grew up spending much of her time at Greers Ferry Lake enjoying time with family & friends.  She also enjoys pottery and reading.

David Lawrence

Past President

David has been in the electrical industry since 2000 and joined Arnold & Blevins Electric just a couple years into his career in September of 2002. Learning and working his way thru the field from apprentice to a licensed Master Electrician, David has culminated his experience as Estimator/Project Manager since 2009. David is very active in his community, in his church, and as the current President of ASA of Arkansas. David has three children and a wife at home that take up most of his free time. Whether it be camping, hunting, fishing and spending the weeknights coaching his children’s baseball teams, David is fully involved and loves being with his family.
